Soccer Skills Open Gym, and Competitions
Schedule: Mon-Wed, 4:30-8:30PM | Sat, 8:00-10:00AM
Learn soccer skills, speed, athleticism on coach developed and guided stations. Work to improve on skills moving up levels of difficulty, setting records to compete against yourself or against others. Move on to a variety of different stations whenever you want. Players can arrive and leave on their own time spending minutes or hours loving the process of getting better.
Soccer Skills Classes
Schedule: Mon-Wed, 5:40-6:40PM & 7:10-8:10PM
Coach instructed soccer specific skill, speed, agility and athleticism training sessions. Spend 60 minutes of in the zone skill training with our expert teachers.
Injury Prevention and Performance Classes
Schedule: Mon & Wed 5:40-6:40PM
Expert training on flexibility, stability, strength, coordination, dynamic speed, visualization and motivation. Significantly increase performance, significantly decrease your chances of injury and harness the power of improved confidence.

Injury Evaluations (By drop in or Appointment)
Pricing: $90 – Health Insurance Accepted
Be evaluated by our Physical Therapy Staff to determine what is injured. Learn what to do, what not to do, how to heal quickly so you can safely return to activity.
Injury Treatment and Return to Sport Sessions
Pricing: $90 – Health Insurance Accepted
We will help you heal and take you through the steps to safely and confidently return to sports.

How to Enroll in Rush Athletic Performance
STEP 1: Complete Required Registration & Waiver Form (see below)
All athletes must submit this form before participating in any classes, sessions, or open gym access. This includes athlete information, medical history, and a signed liability waiver.
STEP 2: After completing Registration form below you will recieve invoice via text/email. Pay invoice online (can set up auto-pay also).

Meet Our Staff
Cory Carr PT, CWT, Owner Carr Physical Therapy & Sport Performance
Cory has a lifetime of experience in Soccer, Rehabilitation and Performance Training. He is a High School All-American from Houston Texas. He moved to Springfield to play soccer at Missouri State University. He played 4 years and graduated Magna Cum Laude with degrees in Biomedical science and Psychology before moving on to Southwest Baptist University where he earned his Masters in Physical Therapy. He has played for and coached championship teams at the state, regional and national level. He is married to Jill Carr and they have 4 fantastic kids. He knows what it takes physically, mentally, and spiritually to succeed as a soccer athlete. He values hard work, respect for all people and the joy of the journey towards becoming the gifted people we were created to be. He loves the opportunity to teach, inspire and finds great joy in helping others succeed. He is guided by his love for God, His Creation and the opportunity to reflect His light and goodness in this world.
Alex Esquivel DPT
Alex is a Doctor of Physical Therapy. He played soccer for Dury University for 4 years earning a degree in Exercise Physiology before moving on to Southwest Baptist University to earn his Doctorate. He is an All-State and Offensive Player of the Year winner leading Smith Cotton to the most wins in School History at 26-2. He is a multiple Kansas State Champion with Kansas Rush earning multiple opportunities to compete in USYSA Regional Tournament. We are blessed to have his knowledge on injury prevention and athletic performance. His desire to help athletes reach their peak utilizing his positivity and inspirational spirit is a fantastic addition to our team.
Jeremiah Musa
Jeremiah played for Sporting KC MLS Academy and 4 years at Rockhurst University in Kansas City. He is a Dean’s List Graduate from Rockhurst with a degree in Psychology. His comprehensive understanding of how to be and become a great player comes from his coaching mentors that include Jack Davis (Sporting KC), Kayden Pierre (Genk, Belgium First Division), Opara (Sporting Legend), Michele Ribero who has worked with stars such as Neymar Jr., Kevin De Bruyne, and Thibaut Courtois. He loves the beautiful game and he has a glorious infectious passion to impart his knowledge. He knows how to foster the physical and mental development of players to help them reach their full potential.
Caroline Carr
Caroline is a Senior standout at Glendale High School and Kansas City Athletics ECNL 2007 Girls. She is committed to play Division 1 Soccer at University of the Pacific in California. She is a 3 time ODP Regional Team selection. Her KCA club team has advanced to the Elite 8 ECNL finals finishing as one of the top 4 teams in the Nation. For Glendale she has won the Golden Boot, Team MVP and Captains Player of the year awards as well as being the all-time assist leader in School history for both Girls and Boys. She has acquired a tremendous amount of skill and knowledge about the game, her work ethic is unmatched and she is the definition of a positive role model for any aspiring young player. She loves Jesus and spreads Gods love everywhere she goes. She is a founder and leader of the youth community 417 Faith and Fellowship.
